Thermoplastic Markings applied to a tarmac surface
Client wanted an additional disabled bay to be marked and some of the existing markings refreshed.
Our operatives removed the original lining to a set of standard parking bays and re-arranged the bays so they could include the two disabled bays requested by client. We blacked out the original lines instead of burning off – our client did not want the original surface damaged so blacking out is an alternative to burning off existing lining.
The markings were applied using thermoplastic material and they emphasized the disabled parking bays by using a vibrant blue colour as a background and the yellow lining on top. Lettering and yellow lining were also refreshed on site to give more clarity to the line markings that had worn out over time.
